Every week we sit in classes, where we may be bombarded with a bunch of information in lectures as well as assignments and exams. And every week, our mind itself may be bombarded with thoughts of fear for the future -- "Exam's coming up, FML, gotta study" -- or thoughts of regret of the past--- "Man I can't believe I forgot about that assignment that was due".
These experiences are what make college life very stressful! But what if there was a way to manage the mind, so that those thought of fear for the future can be changed to --- "Exam's coming, I'm so pumped and ready to ace it!" --- and thoughts of regret can be changed to --- "It's in the past, what's done is done, but I can learn from this and still have a shot at pulling an A! Life's wonderful!". And what if we could strengthen the mind to be more alert in class, and more productive in studies, so that more information can be retained with less study time?! Who wouldn't want that!
Come to a stressbuster, where you can take part in breathing techniques that can help keep your mind on the present moment, not beaten down by negative thoughts, and instead forming positive, and optimistic thoughts! The sessions are very relaxed, casual, and fun!
